1. Who we are and what you're buying

[Business legal name] (ABN [ABN]) ("we", "us") runs this membership. It's a paid monthly membership: for each paid month, we ship you a drop of physical items (clothing, keychains, mousepads, accessories and gifts). The full description is on What's Inside.

2. Price and billing

  • The membership costs A$30.00 AUD per month, [including GST / GST-free, confirm].
  • You're charged when you join, then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. By joining, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month.
  • Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
  • There's no minimum term or lock-in.
  • If the price changes, we'll email you at least [30] days before it applies. A price change never affects a month you've already paid for.

3. Your account

You need to be 18 or older to join, and you must give accurate billing and shipping details. You manage your membership in the Stripe billing portal linked from your account page.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel online at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges. Your membership continues, and any drop owed for that month still ships, until the end of the month you've paid for. See Cancellation & Refunds.

5. Drop contents

We choose what goes in each drop and change it every month. We don't promise any particular item, design, character or brand, or that every category appears in every drop. Every drop contains only items from the categories listed on What's Inside.

6. Shipping and returns

Destinations, costs, delivery times and returns are covered in Shipping & Returns.

7. Suspension

We may decline or end a membership for fraud, chargeback abuse or misuse. If we end a membership without fault on your part, we'll refund any month you've paid for but not received.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and email active members before it takes effect.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [state], Australia. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Questions: see Contact.
