Who we are

What we collect
- From you at checkout: your name, email address, and billing and shipping address, so we can bill you and ship your drops.
- Payment details: Stripe collects and stores these. Your card number never reaches our servers and we don't store it.
- Browsing this site: this site has no analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or third-party scripts, and every file (including fonts) is served from hubdropclub.com itself, so your browser doesn't contact any other company while you're here. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested. When you leave the site through a link, your browser doesn't tell the next site which of our pages you came from. We don't track which website you arrived from, and any tracking codes in a link you followed are removed from the address as soon as the page loads.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments and runs the billing portal, under Stripe's privacy policy.
- Couriers and fulfilment partners [name them] receive your name and shipping address so they can deliver your drops.
We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Stripe keeps billing records for as long as we have to keep them for tax and accounting. [Say how long shipping records are kept.]
